Return

In accordance with national and European consumer protection laws, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the Order to exercise his/her right to cancel and return an order without having to give any reasons or incurring penalties, except any appropriate return costs.

These items must be returned:

  • complete, undamaged, unused and unsoiled by the Customer
  • properly protected in their original packaging
  • with security product tag,
  • in a resalable condition (undamaged, unused and unsoiled by the Customer)

Any product returned spoiled or damaged will not be refund or exchanged. 

 This withdrawal right is excluded for :

  • Customer's special order(s) and/or personalized product(s)

The professionals cannot exercise any withdrawal right.

Refund

After exercising his withrdrawal right, the Customer must return his or her article(s) within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

The articles(s) will have to be returned to ELDEN PARIS, complete, properly protected in its original packaging and accompanied of the security tag by Colissimo recommandé or any traceable/registered parcel: ELDEN PARIS / BOND SAS, 3 RUE CONTRESCARPE, 44000 NANTES - France.

In terms of the right to retraction, the fees and risks related to the return are the responsibility of the Customer.

Once the return is validated, ELDEN PARIS will refund the Customer the full amount paid for the Order, including shipping costs (standard delivery), to the Customer's bank account used for payment of items, as soon as possible and no later than fourteen (14) days after the date on which this right of withdrawal has been exercised.

ELDEN PARIS may differ the refund until collected the goods back or the Customer has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever of the two is the earliest.

In case of exchange product, related shipping costs shall be borne by the Customer.

Non-compliant products

The Customer shall send a non-compliant product(s) inquiry the following day of delivery at the latest, any inquiry relating to delivery error and/or non-compliant product(s) evident or in quality regarding designated product(s) on the Order form (sent by error, defective products, etc.). Any inquiries received passed this period will be rejected without further allowed complaint.

Any non-compliant return (not containing the  valid return slip) shall be rejected and ELDEN PARIS will be released from any liability.

In case of non-compliant delivery or exchange, all Article(s) to refund or exchange shall be sent complete and properly protected in their original packaging to ELDEN PARIS within 14 days after agreement return.

Shipping cost shall be borne by ELDEN PARIS. The customer should generate and print the prepaid mailing label sent by email and attach this to the outside of the package

How to make a return?

This inquiry shall be brought to ELDEN PARIS by:

  1. Go to My account > Order history
  2. Identify the Order then click on 'details'
  3. Click and select the returned Article(s) by marking the corresponding boxes provide an explanation for the return
  4. Once the return validated, print the valid slip in My account > RMA and joint it to the parcel

After confirmation, you must return the Article(s) within a maximum of 14 calendar days to the following address:

Any non-compliant return (not containing the  valid return slip) shall be rejected and ELDEN PARIS will be released from any liability.
